4. Custom & Couture Orders

All couture, bespoke, made-to-measure, or special-commission garments require full payment prior to production.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed due to the complexity of luxury garment construction.
JMS reserves full discretion to accept or decline any custom request.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise arranged in writing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery windows are approximate and may be impacted by courier delays, customs inspections, high-value handling protocols, and circumstances beyond our control (I.E. WEATHER).
Risk of loss transfers to the client upon carrier confirmation of delivery.
please allow 2 weeks for delivery of goods.

7. All Sales Final — No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and luxury nature of our creations:

All sales are strictly final.
JMS does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchase, without exception.
